Are your products BPA free? 

  • All of Awe + Wonder Co. products are BPA free, Phthalate free, PVC free, and are made from 100% food grade silicone. 

Are these items FDA certified?

  • Yes! We strive to bring you the safest and highest quality feeding products possible. 

How do I clean your products? 

  • Awe + Wonder Co. suction plates, scoop-guard suction bowls and bibs are all top-rack dishwasher safe. However, because our spoons are designed with bamboo wooden ends, we recommend washing with warm soapy water.

I love your products, do you ship internationally?

  • Absolutely! We will ship worldwide each and every day. 

How long does shipping usually take?  

  • U.S. orders: After your purchase, we will process it within 1-3 business days. Once it’s shipped you'll receive an email from us indicating your order has been shipped.  If you choose Priority shipping, then you will receive a tracking number.  Delivery usually arrives in 2-3 days after it ships. However, please see our info below regarding COVID-19 shipping times.
  • International orders:  Orders will be processed and shipped within1-2 days after the date of original purchase. You will receive an email with tracking information once shipped. Expect delivery of your order within 2-4 weeks.  International customers are responsible for any customs duties or fees that may incur. 

Please note that once your order is processed we DO NOT OFFER refunds. This is because your order is already in transit. 

What are your shipping costs?

  • Orders within the continental U.S. exact shipping is calculated based on your location and region. 
  • International orders – the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Shipping charges are based on your geographic location. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or fees that may incur in your country.  

Please note that international shipping fees are non-refundable.

Is there a way that I can track my order?  

  • Yes, all orders have tracking numbers, which you will receive by email once your order is shipped

Can you briefly explain your return policy?

  • For sanitary reasons, Awe + Wonder does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Is shipping affected by COVID-19?

  • COVID-19 is an evolving situation. USPS transit might be affected during this time. Our shipping team is still fulfilling orders daily, Monday-Friday. Standard turnaround time is approximately 1-3 business days. Please note, processing times might be extended during sales or large releases. We will continue to update our customers as more information becomes available. 

I just placed my order and I need to make a change, can I do that?

  • As long as your order has NOT been processed, then it should not be a problem to make changes. If your order has been processed, then unfortunately we cannot make any changes to it.

Where do you get all these wonderful products from? 

  • All of our products are currently designed in the USA and manufactured in  China.

How do I get in touch with customer service?

  • Customer service can be reached through email at aweandwonderco.ga@gmail.com. Emails are typically answered within 48 hours, however, response times might be extended during times of large releases.
